FLEAS AND TICKS
For the comfort and health of all our guests, we follow a rigorous program for flea and tick prevention and prefer for our guests to be on a year round flea and tick preventative. All of our guests will be checked for fleas upon arrival. If fleas are detected on your pet, we will discuss treatment options with you. We use Capstar, a fast acting oral medication used to kill adult fleas. To learn more about this safe and effective treatment, please inquire at the front desk. You may also find this information on the web at www.capstarpet.com.
DINING
Following your pet’s customary dining schedule and consuming their usual diet is an integral part of a successful boarding experience. Sudden diet changes can cause stomach upsets.
We strongly recommend for your pet’s comfort, that you bring their food from home. Please prepackage and portion each meal if possible. We will keep them on the same feeding schedule that they follow at home. You may also bring snacks for your pet to enjoy during the day.
WHAT TO BRING
Our guests may bring their own bed and blanket if they are machine washable. You may bring one or two toys that your pet might enjoy during their stay.
